Rosy Fiorillo

Born on the 7th of April 1983.

She has been playing transverse flute from 1994/1995 attending “V. Centurione” secondary school in Sestri Ponente.

1999 – She's in “Filarmonica Sestrese” staff.

2002 – She takes part in the regional music contest in Casarza Ligure coming first in bands category.

2005 – She takes her “Theory and Solfeggio Diploma” at “N. Paganini” Conservatoire in Genoa.

She takes part in a music contest called by Genova Commune, District VI Medio Ponente coming third in bands category.

Since 2005 – She has been running music and English courses at District VI Medio Ponente childhood schools with collaboration agreements on behalf of the Filarmonica Sestrese.

Since 2005 – She has been working on “Music Course for kids” at “Filarmonica Sestrese”.

2006/2007 - She takes part in a “Filarmonica Sestrese” preliminary course as a teacher.

Since 2006 – She has been playing several concerts with “Rossignol ensemble” flutes quartet in Masone and Imperia district. She's still studying flute with professor Giovanna Savino.

She's attending the Faculty of Educational Science at “University of Genoa”.
